Location
The Activity Centre is on the
A6135 travelling towards Hoyland Common, about 1km north of the roundabout in
the centre of Chapeltown. Travelling
from the roundabout, the entrance to the Activity centre is on the RIGHT, about
200m after the road starts to ascend steeply.
The sign is visible just as you reach the turn off.
How to get there
Please refer to the map. NB: you cannot get off the M1 at junction 35A
if you are travelling South.
Parking
There is plenty of parking on
site in the Main car park and the Top car park.
Marshals will direct you.

Courses
All courses involve some open
ground and some woodland. The terrain is
not flat but most ascents and descents are gradual. The underfoot varies from short(ish) grass,
to wide woodland track to narrow woodland path.
Tree roots are not a feature and any most of the land drains
well.

The venue is a Scout activity
centre, and there is strictly
NO TRAINING OR ACCESS TO THE
SITE PRIOR TO THE DAY.
On the day, we have been
asked to keep away from any set-up activities.
